Very frequent questions like - "Would you like your hair shaved off or dyed" repeatedly & clearly shows that your target demographic is 'young & trendy'. I really don't have a problem with it and hope its a great success.
However, when I'm using your products/services, I can't help noticing that the age range spending their cash is a pretty diverse cross-section of the population e.g. rail, air travel, restaurants, caffe nero, money transfer, mobile phones.
Maybe a parallel Virgin Grey! - granted it doesn't quite have the same ring to it but maybe you get what I mean? Maybe include Richard Branson in a focus group as we are about the same age
